Reliable Location Tracking with AI Support

To install, open the App Store on iOS or Google Play Store on Android and search for "InterLoop". If you are installing a developer/testing release, you may be prompted to download via Apple TestFlight or the Google Play Beta Testing link provided in your onboarding email invite.

For account signup, a valid email is required. During registration, a secure account activation link will be automatically sent to your email inbox. You must click on this activation link to verify your account before you will be allowed to log in. To simplify setup for family circles, you can register multiple accounts under the same email address for family members who may not have their own email access.

After you create a new group, you can invite members by sharing a direct join link via text message, WeChat, or email. Alternatively, you can display a group QR code from your group info settings page. A joining member can tap your invite link or scan the QR code to request to join. The group owner must approve the request under settings before the new member is added to the group list and location tracking begins.

To leave a group, navigate to the group member list, tap the ... next to your name, and select "Leave Group". If you are the group owner, you can remove members from the group by tapping the ... next to their name and selecting "Remove From Group". Once all other members are removed and the group is empty, leaving the group as the owner will automatically delete it on both the client and server.

Members' live positions are plotted on the interactive map. Tapping a member's pin highlights their profile card, showing their last updated location timestamp and current device battery level. If a member's location is outdated, they may have lost cellular signal or disabled background location access on their device.

No-Activity checks monitor device sensor data and location updates. You can set active monitoring hours (e.g. 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM) and a timeout period (e.g. 2 hours). If no motion or check-in is detected within the window, an alert notification is automatically dispatched to notify your designated emergency contacts.

Safety check-ins can be completed manually or via scheduled voice reminders. In the event of a true emergency, tapping the SOS button will trigger a loud audio alarm and push notification on all group members' devices (bypassing silent/Do Not Disturb constraints) to ensure immediate attention.

The AI companion acts as a warm, responsive chatbot designed to verify user welfare. Conversations are fully private and secured. You can talk to it to get local weather context, ask about basic health checks (e.g., asking for advice on minor daily issues), or use it to combat isolation.

The smart translator supports voice and text input. By selecting a target language, you can speak naturally, and the app will instantly generate translated text and output the speech in the chosen language. This enables fluent, real-time two-way dialogue when traveling or interacting with foreigners.

Each API request made to the AI Companion consumes LLM token credits. To top up, simply tap the "Top Up AI Credits" button in settings. The app automatically builds a secure link that logs you straight into the Stripe Checkout dashboard without having to type or copy your API key manually. Your credit balance will be credited instantly once the payment is completed.

Premium location sync and SOS notifications are covered under a monthly subscription with a 14-day free trial. If your trial period has timed out, you will be prompted to renew. Subscriptions are billed and managed securely through your native device accounts (Apple App Store or Google Play Subscriptions panel).
